I was fortunate to have been brought up on the shores of Lake Rotorua surrounded by native bush; swimming in the Lakes district, fishing, catching fresh water crayfish and making fires on the shores of New Zealand. We rode horses and as a family we grew much of our own food. My father was a GP a medical doctor—who had a natural practical approach to helping people in his medical practice. I was hugely influenced by how he treated many of his clients. Diet, Nutrition the lifestyle factors practiced for your well being. Exercise, sunshine, clean water, foods, herbal supplements, emotional well; being are the key players to health. Today modern health science are emphasising the vital need of the human body to be exposed to natural sunlight where the skin absorbs Vitamin D (a hormone) synthesised by the Kidneys and liver to help assimilate Vitamin C and Calcium and supports respiratory function. These factors have helped me through my own personal health journey, healing breast lumps and bumps naturally, clearing PTSD, emotional addictions, components that block the path to healing.
